RJE believe the success of this project will be not only be determined by the construction work but also by the interaction with the Community and how they accept it. This will be best achieved by keeping the community well informed. I have been appointed as RJE’s Community Relations Officer for the duration of this project. It will be my responsibility to keep you informed and provide any updates or changes to our progress. Part of my role is to field any questions or concerns from the public arising from this project, therefore I have attached a card with my details on it for your reference, if you have any questions or require further information please do not hesitate to contact me. We understand that this may cause traffic disruption, and we will ensure that every effort will be made to accommodate for each and every local. I will be door knocking residents and business owners directly affected by the works prior to commencement with a detailed works schedule. A Monthly ad will be placed in the Central Western Daily outlining progress of works over the next coming weeks.
