RJE undertook the detailed electrical design of the Lake Bonney Stage 1 Wind Farm Project. State of the art EDSA electrical design software was utilised to model all aspects of the electrical overflow, fault analysis and protection study.
RJE are the electrical construction contractors responsible for all 33kV works between the site substation and all 46 of the wind turbines. Site installation works also included fibre optic and communications cable installation. Commissioning of the Wind Farm began in July 2004.
