Highland Pine Products Oberon Mill Sorter / Stacker

RJE was commissioned to perform the construction design, following on to the construction and commissioning of the Electrical works associated with the Oberon Mill Dry Mill Sorting and stacking system. The sorter consisted of a 40 bin 140 boards per minute feed and sorting system, with the stacking system having a similar capacity. This project had a construction and commissioning period of less than 2 weeks.

 

The construction design was focussed on maximising pre work as well as off site works in order to minimise the shutdown installation time. The plant was constructed and commissioned on time to a budget of $400k.
